Our in-house home design team is eager to sit down with you and learn more about your ideas for your home. Before a nail is set, you will be able to visualize your end results with 3D renderings of your new home design. We will then work together to develop a workable and practical plan that delivers your desired result and stays within your budget. Finally, these plans are brought to life right before your eyes by our in-house construction team and carefully selected subcontractors.

Schedule a Consultation
Tell us about your home remodeling ideas and arrange a time to meet with us either in person or over the phone.
Step 2.
Meet to Discuss Your Project
You’ll meet with our team one-on-one to discuss your home remodeling project in greater detail. We’ll answer any questions you have and provide our initial recommendations, ideas you may not have thought of, and a potential timeline for your project.
Step 3.
Concepts & Estimates
Expanding on your ideas and design preferences, we’ll present 3D renderings of your finished home remodeling project and cost estimates on what it will take to achieve it.
Step 4.
Material & Hardware Selections
Once the concept is approved, you’ll work alongside our home design team to decide on which paint color to use, what flooring material you like best and much more.
Step 5.
Plan Finalization
After you’ve decided on all the design details, we will finalize a plan, budget, and timeline for your project.
Step 6.
Signed Contract
Now, all it takes is your signature and our team of home remodeling contractors will begin bringing your dream home to life!
Step 7.
Production
Throughout the entire home renovation process, our in-house carpenters will treat you and your home with the highest level of respect. We strive to create as little disruption to your life as possible by cleaning up at the end of every day and keeping the project site tidy. From start to finish, our home design team is available to answer any questions and ensure your project stays on timeline and budget.

Ongoing Support
You are now part of the James Barton Design-Build family and our process doesn’t stop after your project is finished! Our work is warrantied so you can rest assured that your home remodel will remain as amazing as the day it was completed. We look forward to your next project!
